We'll keep you in the loop by updating the service request and recording each step, from dispatch to job completion.

To prevent any delays in addressing maintenance requests, we ask property owners to keep a minimum $500 reserve available in your Resource KC account. That way, we can jump into action for any urgent repairs that arise.

Emergency Maintenance

If there's ever an emergency, residents can reach out to our emergency maintenance line, available 24/7 via call, text or tenant portal. An on-call tech gets the alert and heads straight to the property to check things out. Depending on how serious the issue is, we might even bring in an outside expert to get things back to normal. If it's a real crunch situation where the home or tenant is at risk, we might have to dip into more than that $500 maintenance fund to sort things out the right way.

When Kansas City gets hit with snow and ice, our team and trusted vendors are on it! Just a heads-up though, not every property is eligible for snow removal, so contact us to discuss the services available at your property.
